ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to individuals within the UK ages 18 or over.

Individuals who are under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The promoter reserves the right to obtain proof of consent and refuse entry or to choose another winner if proof was requested and not given.

WINNER AND CONTACT
The winner of the giveaway will be contacted through chosen social media plat form via private messaging on date displayed on original social media post.

If winner fails to provide their details to the promoter within the 48 hour period of first contact, another winner may be chosen.

If prize is declined by winner, the promoter researched the right to choose another winner through random selection.

PRIZE
The prize is as it states on original social media post by the promoter.

The prize is subject to availability

The prize is non-transferable nor can any winner request an alternative prize.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

There will be one winner per social media platform.

Voucher expires date will be displayed on on physical voucher given to the winner.

If winner was to lose prize after they had received it, they cannot claim another prize.

No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries or incomplete entries.

Any entry that is deemed to be unlawful, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, offensive or which may otherwise bring the giveaway or promoter into disrepute will be excluded from the giveaway and the promoter reserves the right to take any further action in respect of such entry that deems appropriate.
