By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Multiple entries may be accepted. However, stories must be different from one another. Closing date for entry will 27/01/2025. After this date, the winner will be selected and no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The VIP Ticket Prize is for the launch event taking place on 4th February 2025 as mentioned in the prize details. The tickets cannot be used for any other event, nor can them be swapped or exchanged for any other prize, and have no cash value.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. Unless otherwise set out in these terms, the Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected from or redeemed. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent save where such disclosure is required in order to administer the promotion and / or provide the prize.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, Co-Promoter and their agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter Co-Promoter or their employees, agents or distributors. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected. The Co-Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred by winners in the redemption of the Prizes.
