Staff discount terms & conditions

ELIGIBILITY & Joining

You must be an employee of Archie’s to be eligible for the 30% staff discount. You will be given a link or QR code on your induction with instructions of how to join. The staff discount will end when your employment at Archie’s ceases.

PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS

You can use your staff discount in all our sites except Manchester Airport. Staff discount cannot be redeemed on orders made via any third-party delivery service, kiosks in-store, QR codes on tables or click & collect.

REDEEMING your staff discount

You can purchase food and drink and get 30% off your total bill using your staff discount. To redeem, show your barcode to the crew member who will process this for you through the till.

Your staff discount can be used in conjunction with other discounts and offers.

RESTRICTIONS

There are some restrictions when redeeming your 30% staff discount, please see below.

• You cannot use your discount while on shift, this can only be used before you start your shift, finish your shift, on your day off, or during annual leave.

• Your staff discount can be used for 6 people, including yourself.
• You cannot use the discount in conjunction with any other offers or meal deals.
• Staff discount cannot be applied to any orders placed on a delivery platform, click & collect, order at the table, or at Manchester Airport.
• Staff discount must be processed by a manager through the till.i cease.

COMPLIANCE WITH staff discount

It is important to remember that staff discount is not a contractual benefit and abuse of these terms and conditions is considered gross misconduct and may result in disciplinary action.

UPDATES TO staff discount TERMS

Archie’s may also modify and update the staff discount terms and conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. If we make material changes to the terms, we will notify you by any reasonable means. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revisions and you are solely responsible for always remaining knowledgeable about and in compliance with the staff discount terms and conditions.
