EARNING POINTS
Scan your Loyalty QR code at the tills when ordering to earn points. You’ll find your QR code on the app homepage, along with offers, freebies, and a tracker for your next reward.
📌 1 point for every £2 spent
🎁 50 points = £5 reward
Points can’t be earned or redeemed on orders via third-party delivery, kiosks, table QR codes, or click & collect.
REDEEMING REWARDS
You collect points until you hit a £5 reward—stack ‘em up and treat yourself! 🎁✨ Just flash your £5 reward in the Archie’s app when ordering at the tills, and we’ll knock it off your total—no fuss. You’ve got 90 days to use it, and once it’s spent, your points reset back to 0 so you can start stacking up again! Just a heads-up, you can only use one reward per order, and it can’t be combined with other offers or discounts. Now, go get that well-earned Archie’s treat! 🍔
CHECK YOUR BALANCE
Want to keep tabs on your points, offers, and rewards? Easy. Just head to the Loyalty section of the Archie’s app to check your balance and see when your rewards expire. For a quick update, the Archie’s Addicts Tracker at the top of the Home page shows exactly how many points you’ve got and how close you are to your next reward.
EDIT ACCOUNT
You can edit your account info simply using the Edit Account page where you can update your name, location, contact details and email preferences.
